The programme is good and has enabled me to develop my skills and myself in the workplace. It is also a good company to be in as it is a large company with a positive company culture
Relatively well structured however, department issues have lead to limited progression in terms of varied experiences and development.
Some managers provide good support
Regular checkups with the university and uni advisors mean that I am able to stay on track with uni work
Some uni modules are relevant to the workplace and so help perform better in the role, however due to lack of movement in the department, my role did not develop much for the majority of the apprenticeship
There are a number of networking events and these have continued throughout the pandemic online
Yes
Good company to work for and it is a good apprenticeship to be in as you finish with the experience of working in a pharmaceutical environment as well as a degree with no debt from uni.
Think ahead what career you want to end up in as certain departments can lead to a lack of progression and career development
