Helping customers with their everyday banking. flexible in the sense of being in the banking hall, deposit machines and bulk routine
worked in customers servicing throughout my career and feel like i have developed my skills working here. The way I approach customers has been different in the past and definitely has improved here
Whether it is due to the flow of the apprenticeship or covid i feel like i learn more whilst working in the banking hall rather than spending time in the banking hall
Again whether it's due to covid, it has felt a bit of a mess. i have had three or four coaches however it has also been down to me with a lack of motivation
Enough in a sense of the apprenticeship however plenty of support of my actual work in branch
My first coach was brilliant, second was non existent and my third has supported me well but again my motivation is fairly low so i have not really helped her enough
None really, but that is done to me as i prefer to learn while working with my colleagues and customers
none at the moment however they can be charity walks we can take part in
Yes
under the current circumstances i feel very looked after financially and my health well being.
have an open mind of what to expect as retail banking was not what i thought it would be. However i have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far
