Helping to get customer back to financial health
Have had to adapt my approach during the pandemic to be able to conduct interviews over the phone
It was great to get a general overview of banking and an understanding of why the bank does certain things.
Had a bit of a wobble due to pandemic and provider being changes but but once picked back up by an experienced colleague got back on track.
Constantly giving and allowing me time to fulfil my apprenticeship
Gave great feedback and suggestions on ideas that could be used if I had come across the scenarios
Given me a better insight of the industry and ways to move forward

Best company I’ve ever worked for. Really looked after me throughout the pandemic with childcare etc
