I take orders and serve customers food and drink.
I have developed my communication and team leading skills as well as resolving guest complaints.
I really enjoy it, it is informative and interactive and provides me with great knowledge.
Very. It has a structure of things I need to learn and i am progressing nicely.
My managers are excellent. I can go to them for anything and they sort me out.
My trainer is incredible, nothing is too much of a problem for him. He is always at the end of the line if I need help.
It makes me think about my actions and improves my performance.
