As a data analyst there is a lot of work you are able to get involved in, the only thing is you need to take ownership of the tasks you do and request more work
Yes, I have defiantly learnt new skills, these are skills I picked up from university and on training courses that I was able to translate into my daily tasks
I enjoyed the programme because it combined the theory element of the Job with the practical. I was able to still live the university lifestyle to an extend and have a full time job.
The programme was well structured, there was time set aside where we could complete university tasks. There were mentors available both from the work and university side
There was a lot of support from my employer, if I had any questions I felt comfortable enough to ask them and I would get a response
My training provider was very supportive, I was able to ask questions when I was unsure of wok that needed to be completed. Lecturers often also were willing to give up their free time
I believe the qualifications at work gave me more credibility in the workforce, I was also trusted with more impactful projects
There are many extra curriculum activities available within the workforce, I myself get involved in football which can be played from Wednesday to Friday during our lunch break.
Yes
Overall it is a great firm to work for, it also looks great on your CV. Lloyds is so big that there are so many different areas of the bank that you could work within
Ensure you do your research on the firms and be authentic during the recruitment process because in all honesty they want to ensure you will be a right fit for the firm
