My role is to manage sub-prime, prime customers Hire Purchase agreements. Offering assistance and setting arrangements when their payments fall behind or when they enter financial difficulties.
I have learnt and developed a variety of skills within this job role. I have built and developed collaborative relationships within the organisation. I have improved my communication skills and project management skills throughout my role and projects that I have ran and managed.
Within my programme and I am provided with a lot of flexibility about what I do during the course. I am given time to complete University work , project work and given time to do my job role. Because of this flexibility and and variety of work I can complete this makes my programmes very enjoyable and challenging.
The programme is well structured it provides me with a clear and organised guide on what I need to be doing and when it should be accomplished. University and work is split up giving me plenty of time to complete both at a high level
I receive weekly meeting and catch ups from my employer. This evolves a Team Leader and an Early Careers Mentor. Through these catch ups they provide me with support and the tools I require to achieve on my programme ensuring that I am always remaining on track.
