  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As Project Coordination & PMO Group Leader, I manage a team responsible for tracking projects for the resourcing requirements and forecasting purposes, thereby providing departments with visibility of capacity. The team, based across multiple sites, is also responsible for setting up projects in the financial system to track revenue, milestone payments and invoicing. My role is ensuring we deliver quality work, in a timely fashion and supporting the personal development of the team.
