Yes, always learning new or developing skills, this may be planned or situational. In the current climate it is getting a balance of pro and re-active learning.
Quite new into it, but lots of information to enhance my skills, remind of past skills and introduce new skills. It's currently all online which makes it a bit easier due to the business of my role. It also fits with my learning strategy.
We are told dates in advance, and the information we need is readily available and there is the right amount of communications.
My employers have been fully supportive of the apprenticeship. They recognise the impact it can have on the business. I get time to do the work and have opportunities to discuss my learnings with my manager
I feel I am getting the right amount of support. Plenty of guidance and information. The OCM are quick to answer any emails or questions
I am able to put into practice what I've learned in live situations and support the development of key people in the business. It's a win/win for the business.
Not currently during the pandemic, but there is a culture of supporting each other through technology.
