Management of firewalls for over 80 schools as well as maintaining corporate IT security on all devices.
I have learned a variety of skills relating to IT as well as developing personal skills such as confidence and communication skills.
I enjoyed the growing level of responsibility I had as well as gaining valuable insight to the world of Cyber Security.
The training programme could have been developed better by QA but they did offer adequate support throughout the programme.
I received a lot of support from my employer, they ensured i had enough time to complete apprenticeship work as well as offering the opportunity to take on new work to help meet goals for the apprenticeship.
I received adequate support although at times it did take a few days or weeks and follow ups from myself to receive feedback or support.
I am no longer in the role but i believe it gave me the relevant knowledge i needed to succeed in the previous role as well as developing personal skills which i currently use on a daily basis.
Yes there is, although I believe they need to be advertised more thoroughly potentially on a forum .
