    • At the moment, in full time college, but from what i understand, the role will involve the software maintenance of the machines use on site.

    • Just knowledge from my limited time on site. bettered my programming skills in college and understanding of wider engineering techniques.

    • A lot, couldn't get a better opportunity. I'm extremely lucky

    • Very well handled considering the circumstances of covid 19. Lots of online learning!

    • All the support I need. I feel comfortable asking for any help or ideas that will increase my productivity.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • enough to get me through my qualification i believe. We are very limited as to how much help can be given due to online learning.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Not onsite however I understand more of the programming of PLCs because of the training provider and i hope this accelerates my performance on site.

    • Yes so many! There are lots of opportunities to get involved in this and it seems everyone is given the same chance to do so.

    • Best opportunity you could get. so much to get involved with, close to home and a company that treats you really well

    • Get involved with as much as possible. Know a bit about the company and have a lot to talk about when applying.
