I handle emails coming through from clients and sub-contractors and maintaining good relationships with these people. I raise jobs for the required address and make sure all works are completed within target date. I keep a spreadsheet of all jobs and keep track of which stage they are in and keep a report of all prices of each job to ensure we are making just enough for the year.
I have learned how to deal with residents over the phone and how to handle keeping the client happy. I have also learned new excel skills.
I enjoy this programme as I like to make new relationships and love learning new skills that can help me progress myself within the company.
The programme is very well structured as I am always offered more help than I could ask for.
I receive regular support from my employer. From daily to weekly. Whenever I require any help its there for me and I am always checked upon and asked if I require any support.
My training provider is very supportive with whatever I need. They helped me work on skills I already have and how to become more advanced in using them, and also helped me gain more skills in order to achieve my qualification.
I feel my training provider helped me very well to perform better within my role. They made me become more confident in myself and succeeded with helping me achieve my qualification.
Yes, before covid there was day sessions where all the apprentices would attend and have social activities.
Yes
ENGIE has helped me achieve my qualifications and has helped me be more confident within myself and within my job role. I would definitely be looking to find another qualification to achieve within the organisation. I feel this would definitely be a highly recommended company to become a part of.
To never doubt themselves and remind them of the support given from the company and the training provider.
