I am enjoying the learning however I feel the OFT job learning to too centered around quanity rather than quality.
it is well structured however I think the organisation is lacking, don't think there is ennough warning given to attend courses, I think they need to take a step back and think people have work and personal commitments as well as annual leave.
very good, line manager has stated to enjoy the course, no pressure on mark its all about learning. Always available to disucss an issues or coaching.
