  • As a Junior Management Consultant In Supply Chain and Procurement, I work on client projects in roles such as a Business analyst or a project manager.

  • I have so far learned industry expertise as well as personal management and communication skills, how to work in a team and have even bettered my IT technical Capabilities

  • My programme allows me to learn in my own time, the materials I am interested in. The environment is very enjoyable and the people are very supportive and great. The opportunities are endless.

  • My programme consists of a ready made learning plan from my foundation manager that guides me through everything I need, as well as the support I need to create my portfolio and presentation

  • I have a mentor, multiple managers and a large team of apprentices that I can contact for help with anything. The response is always friendly and helpful.

  • My managers will make sure that I am happy and confident when working towards my qualifications

  • The learning plan relates directly to roles and jobs I do. The roles also give me the experience to complete apprenticeship work

  • there are many social activities and BRG's (communities) to get involved in. as well as the opportunity to give back to IBM. There is an endless supply of learning as well as learning courses. Social Activities and some sporting activities like at home work outs or yoga

  • There is amazing support and always a friendly atmosphere. and the opportunities are endless

  • Show how unique you are! Research the company and their values show you can work well in a team and individually show passions ask lots of questions
