Developed my customer service skills and learnt skills to help me in my day to day mortgage operations role. I have Developed my time keeping skills as I feel like when you are working from home alone with no one physically this can differ. I think being able to adapt to working from home is a skill developed too.
I really enjoy my programme. I am so glad i took the leap to do this apprenticeship as it has gave me the greatest oppotunities already, from my CeMap qualification to being part of the well being group for the society. I love the volunteering opportunities available to everyone aswell
Very well structured and organised in advance. Every meeting or training is scheduled in well in advance. we have weekly peer support sessions that you can jump into with the apprenticeship coordinator even if its just for 15 mins you want to be in [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] stays for the full hour
The support is second to none, whenever I need it. Working from home this full time I have never met any of my colleagues or fellow apprentices and we have still managed to develop this great working relationship where you feel so supported by one another. I know someone is always there to help me
I have a lot of support from my training provider, we catch up in monthly 1-1 meetings and go through my objectives for the next 4 to 6 weeks, they are also on hand to answer any questions I have and are very understanding. I cant fault my training at all
It has helped me massively understand my role more going through my qualification along side my job. My training has meant I have had to learn regulations and this helps me answer customer criteria questions in the proper manner because I have learnt this within my studies from my training provider.
Yes alot of volunteering activities come along regularly, whether this be charity work or even helping a training session with our sponsor work. I receive regular emails about activities and I also have access to our internal hub where all volunteering opportunities are posted. I am also part of the wellbeing group
Yes
I think they are a great place to work. The ethos of this company makes you see why staff stay within the society for a long service. They listen to their employees and are always open to making their society a greater place to work. I know I have a great future ahead of me here
Check on the society's website and read our principles and aims. Can you support the society's goals? If so you are already prepared to apply. Show the society you are every part of their aims
