1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day role, firstly is to make sure the workshop is clean and to a good standard. After this I get given jobs to complete. These jobs can range from changing a bulb to changing a set of brake disks.

Team work. Measuring. Precision.

I enjoy the programme. I am happy with my job.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised. However during COVID restrictions, college was delivered online. Which isn’t bad but it’s harder to lean that way.

I receive a good amount of support from my employer.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I am constantly getting messages asking if I am happy and comfortable in my role.

I feel it had had a big impact on how I perform.

Good colleges. You can have a laugh at work whilst completing your job. It isn’t all serious.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?

Make sure it’s what you want to do, if you are just doing it to get into a job you won’t do very well. As you have to enjoy the job to be good at it
