My role is to serve customers and techs from the workshop. As well as this I do general house keeping. I alway do returns to the factory
I have learnt better communication skill with dealing with customer day in day out. Another one is observation skill when identifying parts for customers
The variation of tasks that is could be doing during one day
It's OK could be beter organised, my first year I did not get any college work witch then set me back and I had double the work load.
the guys i worked with were extremely helpful in my learning and encouragement me to go out in the workshop to physically see parts I am maybe not sure about
Internally verry little but once I got a new trainer he was very good as he has got me back to where I was meant to be at
It's is a lot of pointless information that I had been taught off of my work colleagues
