Supporting both the valuation and agency sides of the development team which includes site visits, report writing and various other due diligence.
Yes, I have developed new skills such as communicating with clients and built upon already existing skills such as communication and leadership.

As i am only in the second year there is not much crossover yet but im sure there will be as time progresses.

Because it is a well rounded experience where you gain experience working full time whilst being able to complete a degree. you also still have the social aspect both in a work environment and outside of a work environment.
Make sure you research the sector you are planning to apply for.Having as much knowledge as possible before you start always helps so you have a rough idea of what to expect.
