My role is very varied, it covers all aspects of the veterinary practice. I can be on reception one minute, and the next assisting the vet. I also assist my line manager in managing the reception team.
I have developed my animal handling skills as well as learning new leadership Skills in my role.
I enjoy the new information and ways have of thinking I have developed so far, it’s already got me thinking of the ways that I can develop as a leader
It’s really well structured. The information is set out on the online platform and available for me to access and complete when I’m ready
My employer has been very supportive and will always assist with any knowledge based learning and assist where possible
I receive a great level of support
It’s really helping me develop and think of ways to make positive changes
We normally do have activities to be part of but due to COVID these have had to stop, although we are all still keeping in touch virtually
