My role involves assisting the public and assisting the veterinary staff in everyday situations.
I have developed confidence within my field in the customer service area.
I really enjoy learning, my programme is very informative and can be applied to my everyday role.

I receive a substantial amount of support from my line manager.
I receive support from my tutor and know he is at the end of the phone or email if I need more.
