General sales assistant ,all about the great customer service . Replenishing stock to ensure great customer availability .
I've learnt about the different kinds of customers that walk in our shops ,the ways to approach different types of customer .
I'm really enjoying making my range of knowledge bigger ,The timescales i have to complete work is sufficient enough for me to do the best job i can . My trainer is easy to talk to ,explains things well and should i have a query gets back to me in good timely response.
The program is very well organised ,with clear timelines on work to be completed, meetings to attend etc. Support is fantastic ,should i need it i know i will get it in good timely response.
I get good support from my fellow colleagues and my management team.
I've only been doing it for a short time , however already have received great support and attitudes about me gaining better skills or qualifications.
What I've learnt about different kinds of customers and best ways to approach them for them to receive the greatest customer service experience ,is something I wouldn't of known if I'd not done the course . I definitely feel that doing the apprenticeship has widened my knowledge in retail.
We have a platform called Nexus ,where you can complete training activities etc that suit your needs .
