Investigating the quality of components in terms of their material quality and deciding how this can be remedied in the best way working with suppliers and internal manufacturing.
Learnt a wide range of skills from practical to business based.
I enjoy my programme a lot with it being the best decision to ever come here ahead of university to get experience and learn.
The structure is very well organised with regular reviews to discuss any issues with this.
I receive a wide range of support both for my apprenticeship and for my own person health and mental well being.
I get a lot of support as we have specific people assigned both for NVQ completion, university and regular meetings to assess any difficulties and resolve them.
It ensures I have the required background knowledge to complete tasks and fully get why they are needed.
There are with a society set and then personally a team which I play in for the rugby team and events organised for us with this.
