On a day to day basis we are taking breakdown calls for our customers, ensuring that they get the best service that are able to receive. We also receive a day off the phone to be able to complete any coursework being set.
Yes we have learnt loads over the course of the apprenticeship and given opportunities to expand our skills
I really enjoy my apprenticeship and the support that we received both from the aa and the aa and the apprenticeship provider
i think that the apprenticeship is structured well and allows for all training
We receive a lot of support from our managers and the whole team, the support we also from catch-22 is very good
i have received loads of support from catch-22, we have regular catch ups and reviews
by doing the qualification it allows us to look into customer service further and how it applies further into the buisness
we have not be able to do this due to covid however management are looking at this for the future

they are very supportive, good business to work for
