  • On a day to day basis we are taking breakdown calls for our customers, ensuring that they get the best service that are able to receive. We also receive a day off the phone to be able to complete any coursework being set.

  • Yes we have learnt loads over the course of the apprenticeship and given opportunities to expand our skills

  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship and the support that we received both from the aa and the aa and the apprenticeship provider

  • i think that the apprenticeship is structured well and allows for all training

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receive a lot of support from our managers and the whole team, the support we also from catch-22 is very good

  • i have received loads of support from catch-22, we have regular catch ups and reviews

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • by doing the qualification it allows us to look into customer service further and how it applies further into the buisness

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • we have not be able to do this due to covid however management are looking at this for the future

  • Yes

  • they are very supportive, good business to work for

  • just be yourself, they are interested in you as a person
