I manage 6 managers that have 120 staff below with the compliance of transport manager and legal of managing roadworthy fleet. I manage attendance and disciplinary matters trying to balance the accounts and keep Health and safety paramount.
the course has allowed me to see things i do have structure.
COVID has had effects on the course as the first few months were fantastic however remote learning can feel you are just typing out what you know.
Can be challenging to fit into calendars and doesn't seem to have a set structure at the moment. it was very clear at the beginning and has lost its way due to COVID
We have been able to manage our own time to deliver this however no interaction with anyone about the course indoors.
Good we have a monthly or fortnightly conversion and always can make a phone call.
This has gave me high level understanding and will assist me going forwards
