Team Leadership, building leadership skills, theory behind leadership guides. Communication skills, how to host a meeting.
Plenty of new skills, learnt the theory behind management skills. Build my confidence. Leadership traits, communication skills.
I really enjoy it, its interactive, the coaches for the sessions are great and really helpful with any questions you have.
Really well organised, we have a time table and clear structure of what needs to be done and when.
Plenty of support, they are always on hand to help when needed. Feedback from our mentors is also sent to our employer.
We always have continuous support, doesnt matter what time of day they are always available for any questions regarding the course or activities being undertaken.
Its really harnessed my existing skills, i feel stronger, i've learnt a lot and feel i can apply the skills to my every day job and pretty much as soon as learnt it.

Great place to work as the people really support you, help you grow. I've really progressed since i joined the business, im free to express my view and put forward ideas.
Be patient, building a career takes time and you will be supported in your journey. You need to speak up about your development and think about your long term career.
