i have a lot of staff around me who are there for support or help if i need it, this has helped me become confident in my role and enjoy my experience working here. I'm excited for a potential future in the company after my apprenticeship ends.
This programme is very organised and structured, we have weekly and monthly catch ups with TL's and my DC coach to keep me on track and give me any feedback i need to help me progress
support is always there if i need it from other colleagues, team leaders and my DC coach
we have monthly sessions to keep me up to date with the work i need to complete, and is available every thursday if i need any help with work
i know more about the industry i work in from the work provided by my training provider
training sessions through teams, due to covid there are no social activities or events at the moment
Yes
it is a good company to work for and there is lots of support around you if you need it
the application process was straight forward and helpful, interviews over teams and training provided for the first 4 weeks of the job
