i take AA cars calls from people who have bought cars from our approved dealerships, this can either be a free option or an upgrade to £1 a month. We also have to attend meetings over teams about our competency and targets.
I have learnt how to build rapport with customers and how to adapt my scripting to meet certain customers needs, so they can understand the different cover types because it can be confusing if you don't know whats going on.
I really enjoy my programme because i have a great team and a great environment.
