Yes skills with regards to customer service
I enjoy it very much, its a great place to work
The programme is very organised and structured
We receive a lot of support in ways like meetings, call feedback, TLs and always having someone to talk to
We receive all the support necessary with meetings and always having Lisa to contact whenever we need to
I think it helps a lot because its based on customer service and gives a lot of info with regards to dealing with different types of customers
I believe that there are different types of events however with covid 19 its not allowed them to take place so i am yet to [participate it any
Yes
Its a good business to work for and you feel part of the family from the minute you step through those office doors
You certainly wont regret it. Try your best with your applications and interviews if you're chosen because it would be a real shame if you missed out on such a great oppurtunity
