I take on the recruitment for Apprenticeships and Customer Service roles. I also support my colleagues with higher level roles. I also take on an administrative role. I take on admin for myself and support my colleagues with their admin as well. I am leading a project that I have started as part of my apprenticeship. I am also supporting on a project that we are implementing into the recruitment process.
I have learnt time management skills. I have developed my telephony skills. I have learnt about the recruitment process. I have learnt what a good CV looks likes and I have learnt how to screen CVs. I have taken online learning which includes modules such as GDPR. I am working towards a business administration level 3 apprenticeship.
I enjoy my work and I am keen to go to work everyday. I have a great team and I am happy to support my team in any way I can. I feel that my values match the companies values. I am also enjoying learning while working. It is helping me develop many skills at once. I am enjoying my role and cannot wait to continue learning and working.
My programme is well organised and structured. I had an induction at the start of my apprenticeship with my manager and then the apprenticeship provider. As I have been working from home I appreciate the time they have out into making a structured programme that works. I receive support from my tutor at the apprenticeship provider and also my manager and colleagues. I have meetings to make sure everything is on track. I have time to complete my apprenticeship work as well as complete my day to day work duties.
I receive lots of support from my team. I have regular calls with my manager and I also have support from my team as a whole. I am able to ask questions whenever I need to. Everyone is happy to help.
I have the necessary support my my apprenticeship provider. I have a skills coach that I have meetings with every 6 weeks. I also completed all my modules with a tutor, where I was able to ask questions.
I feel that my qualification helps me a lot. It has helped me to understand the ways that a business works, I was not aware of this before the apprenticeship as I had never had a full time role before. I am also more aware about how stakeholders which helps in the business. I have also developed my knowledge in other areas.
As I joined the AA at the start of the pandemic there have not been many extra-curricular activities. However, I was able to attend our zoom Christmas party. I would like to attend more once everything opens up.
