I have most definitely learnt new skills (such as emotional awareness/project management/dealing with challenging conversations) and also continued to build on existing skills which i already knew. Also gave me an opportunity to revisit my CPD and PDP.
Although it was tough and a lot of work, the support i had from my tutor was invaluable and i couldn't have got through it without her. I really enjoyed the classroom sessions and feel i got the most benefit from them. The self learning was difficult at times but overall I really enjoyed the variety of the whole programme
Really well structured, it was clear from the start what was expected from us and the timelines, having the portal to work from (BUD) was fantastic as you could see what stage you were at and could monitor each piece of work. The regular catch ups and reviews with my tutor were also extremely beneficial
I had great support from my L&OD team and my Line Manager
100% support - they were so great at everything, I cannot thank them enough.
It really underpins all we do as Managers and to have a formal qualification really helps to perform better as it gives you the confidence that you do know what to do in certain situations and ho to be the bets manager for your team
