I work in a blended role where I complete a vary of administration tasks and take/ make calls within the bereavement department at Scottish Widows.
I have learnt a lot about the business and how to effectively deliver excellent customer service. I have gained a more advanced knowledge of why this is so important and can deal with various situations in a way I couldn't have before starting the programme. It has built mu confidence in financial services and in my day to day role - even speaking with other colleagues.
I really enjoy my programme. I have a good relationship with my coach Liz and feel comfortable going through the apprenticeship with her. Everything is explained well and I am enjoying improving my skills.
Very well organised and structured. I am always made aware well in advance of what I need to complete and look at - everything is always put into my calendar with the details also. I can always email Liz for any additional support also.
A lot of support. On every call I am reminded just to call or email if I have a query and always get a response quickly.
A lot of support. Liz always provides me with useful documents and websites I can use and I can call/email her if I have any other queries.
I have a more in depth understanding of why what I do is important and can now handle more difficult situations through my new understanding. I have l also learnt more about the company I work for which has gave me more confidence in what I do.
Yeah, its difficult at the moment due t home working but there are lots of clubs for inclusion and coffee catch ups we can have via teams this now.
