Leading a food retail team throughout the day to give great customer service and provide stock for our customers
Learnt how to lead my team better and how to serve the customers the best
It was ok, tutor was amazing. The course its self seemed a little unorganised. But could have been due to pandemic

Could not fault my coach in the slightest, she was fantastic and always willing to help
