I repair machines the manufacture glass bottles. This involves fitting parts to the machines themselves and repairing and refurbishing the broken parts. I need to ensure that the machines run to the best of their abilities.
I have developed my welding skills and my fitting skills. I have learnt to be more independent.
I enjoy the program I am taking part in a lot. The environment is very friendly and opening to people without the same level of knowledge.
My program ensures I am getting the appropriate amount of training and that I am learning while being in work.
My employer makes sure that I am capable to carry out the work that I am learning to do.
My training provider ensures that I am easily working through my program and to ask if there's any problems.
It has helped me by ensuring I am learning the necessary skills for this style of work.
There is a gym on site to help employees keep fit.
Yes
Very friendly environment and great place to work.
This workplace may seem too much for a person but after a while you would get used to it with the help and support of the people around you.
