Working in a convenience store. Managing a team of people and working together to achieve common goals.
I have learned many new skills and mew ways of working.
I enjoy the learning conferences although I find them long. I really enjoy my one on one sessions with my tutor and am enjoying writing essays and completing assignments again.
Very well organised. Was quite sporadic at first but once we got into it it was easy to follow and complete things by set deadlines.
I receive hours to do my work. At the moment I don’t get a lot of actual support as I have no manager.

It gives me a new outlook on certain areas of my role and gives me the tools to perform my role to the best of my abilities.

Most of the time it is a great place to work. It has its ups and downs like any company. This last year has been testing but I’m sure we will all come out of it stronger people.
