Firstly, I think it is a great work environment and this is a key factor at working anywhere. Also i think the people i work with/for are amazing people and they always want to help.
I would certainly recommend working for the AA if you enjoy help people. Also everyone has there own preferences. However, i think especially if you are young it is great to start at the AA
