My role includes supervising kitchen staff, ordering, rotas, keeping up with brand standards and adearing to regulations and procedures.
I refreshed maths and english skills and learnt new supervisory techniques. I have also gained new skills in first aid and health and safety,
I have enjoyed my programme so far it has helped me to develop my role amd will be of benefit to my future career.
It is well structured split between theory and practical skills, have regular contact with my trainer and regular workshops to attend.
My employer has been quite supportive and especially head office are very supportive and encouraging.

My apprenticeship is very relivent to my current role. It has been helpful in terms of teem building and working towards the company objective.
We usually have a anual awards ceromony and attend cook offs an meetings with other chefs in the company.
