  • My role includes supervising kitchen staff, ordering, rotas, keeping up with brand standards and adearing to regulations and procedures.

  • I refreshed maths and english skills and learnt new supervisory techniques. I have also gained new skills in first aid and health and safety,

  • I have enjoyed my programme so far it has helped me to develop my role amd will be of benefit to my future career.

  • It is well structured split between theory and practical skills, have regular contact with my trainer and regular workshops to attend.

  • My employer has been quite supportive and especially head office are very supportive and encouraging.

  • my trainer has always been supportive, helpful and availiable .

  • My apprenticeship is very relivent to my current role. It has been helpful in terms of teem building and working towards the company objective.

  • We usually have a anual awards ceromony and attend cook offs an meetings with other chefs in the company.
