1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a First year Apprentice I started the job on March 1st 2021, But I was doing work experience With the company since September 2020. Overall it has been great Enjoyed everyday off it. And I thankful for the opportunity they have given me.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Everyday here I lean something new. My first day doing work experience I didn't know hardly anything about Trucks and over time my knowledge about them has grown and continues to do so.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yeh, I Got what I aimed for a full time apprenticeship Everyone helps each other and gets on well

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The people at Skillnet are always in touch from the application to Working here everyday. The people at Motus Always made things easy for you and always helped.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The management always guide you in the right direction. My mentor help's a lot explaining all the different aspects off the apprenticeship program

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am yet to go to collage as I have only been fully working here for a week but from other apprentices story's it sounds good My Workshop mentor always helps me understand things and explains them with great detail

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me a lot on a day to day basis as i have been able to Help my Parents out with there cars

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At the moment no as you cant really do much with COVID around

Don't be worried about a possible lack off truck knowledge as you learn everyday
