I am responsible for winning and retaining contracts which go through either a competitive tender process or single-source bids where there is no competition. I manage matrix teams through a process which includes creation of the solution, writing proposals, taking the item through internal governance and negotiating the contract with the customer.
I have greatly developed my management and leadership skills through the apprenticeship
I enjoy the subject matter, the teaching and the networking aspect a lot

It helps me a lot and I understand all aspects of the business which I perhaps didn't understand before
There was but since Covid not so much. I have got involved in lots of London Business Forum events previously and was also selected to attend the World Business Forum in 2020 however, it was cancelled due to Covid-19

It is a very good employer which looks out for it's employees, many of this has been seen through the Covid pandemic
