My training provider was always very approachable and easy to contact if I had any queries about the programme, particularly when it came to putting together my portfolio.
I feel that the job and my qualification fit together really nicely. My role made it easier to learn the content for my exams and the exam content helped me to gain a better understanding of what I was doing and why in my role. Also, the objectives I needed to meet to complete my apprenticeship encouraged me to take on opportunities that I may not have otherwise.
At work we have social events and clubs, professional networking events and there are some sports teams.
Yes
I feel the experience I have gained is invaluable and I have found it a very enjoyable place to work. All colleagues that I have spoken to were immediately very welcoming and the companies values mean that I always felt supported.
I would encourage you to look into the company's values as I feel this will give you a good idea if this is the right work environment to you.
