I take customer calls during my working hours and I am usually the customer's first point of contact into the bank. This involves a range of different interactions and my responsibilities are within anything bank/savings account or credit card related.
I have completed several upskills during my time at Lloyds including Credit cards and Business Banking.
Very much so as it gives much needed reflection time and being able to dig deeper into the meaning behind my role and focus on things i would otherwise be oblivious to during my day to day role.
Very well. I can check my progress an view future requirements very clearly on a timeline.
My employer supports me within my work environments and day to day role to a fantastic degree however for the apprenticeship the support is mainly external from the workplace.
A great deal. I am able to seek support at any time and have no issues communicating with my training provider coach.
Helps me understand my role better and focus on elements i would not be thinking about during work.
There are some team activities we can get involved in. Personally I have not researched this area too much and therefore do not know the extent to everything that's available which i guess also shows i should be getting myself more involved. It is clear however that as a team we do not do enough extra curricular activities.
Yes
It is a very relaxing but focused environment and there is never any work you have to take home. Currently as I am, if you can work from home it proves to be a fantastic role that is very easy to build my day around.
It is not as hard as you think! Make sure you apply for a permanent position directly through Lloyds Banking Group as you do not want to be an agency worker. Other than that complete the application and you'll be surprised how many people get taken on.
