I am a team leader here to motation my college's i work with on a daily basis making sure we all communicate and get the work done to a high standard in which the store upholds deling with cash office paperwork and change overs , daily tasks of the store
Only just started the course as of yet i havent but only starting module two
At the moment in time due to commitments outside of work and family issues i havent been able to drive into the course as yet but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been extremely help really gone beyond her job role to make me comfortable and has helped throught some tough times and has made sure that my well being comes first
Extremely well organised always kept in contact with my trainer
From my employer i have all the support i could ask for
She is always available 24 \ 7 and able to help any questions or querys that i need help with

Because the store 1516 are a tight family we all work to high standards and help each other out , and managerment have always there to support you in any needs required and help any peronsal situations in which you could have and are extremly flexible
Thats it a great company to work for there lots of supports to delvolp with the company
