I have developed my knowledge of aircraft and my ability to fix aircraft including all of the skills involved in aircraft maintenance. When on placement I will be able to gain skills working in teams.
We have a lot of skills coaches and lots of infrastructure in place to make sure we always have something to do
There are various ways of getting support and ways of talking to people if I were to experience any issues. There is even a BAE apprentice instagram
