The role itself is dealing with customer complaints post-service and resolving any issues that may have occured.
The apprenticeship is amazing at providing different skills as new assets and finetuning skills you may already possess
it's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience so far as it really brings out the joy in learning
It's very well structured and really provides a foundation on which graudually the whole programme is built, which shows that good thought has been part of creating this. The tutor is also an immense help.
Both the employer and tutor are as supportive as can be, as they provide as much help as they can in any and all ways for the apprenticeship.
the amount of support is immense, to be honest. I could not ask for anything more as our tutor is happy to answer any questions at any time nad is always there to help with anything at all.
i am entirely confident that it is a massive help. I can sense myself doing any customer contact with more confidence and more knowledge that i gained from this apprenticeship. it's a great feeling.
there are definitely some extra-curricular activities as there is a specific engagement team for each department that helps organise activities and games so that people are encouraged to take time to relax too.
Yes
it's a good company to work for and they do have quite a few ways to progress within the company - though you do have to be continuously showing your skills for this.
To be yourself and not be too official about it. Booking.com is a place where you are encouraged to be yourself, where you can say what you feel and think.
