I am responsible for the day to day running of the bussiness when on shift.

I am on furlough but my Manager is a messga eaway of we share teams or telephone calls she is brilliant.
100% but Hayley knows I can do this and finding it quite easy as I have 30 years experiance in Hospitality.
Makes me think outside the box more and I know know the up to date regulations that have changed over the years.
No only been with the company for a year and we have been in Lockdown most of it. We have been bowling that was great fun I am sure there will be many more :-)

Be yourself and just go for it be honest and bounce with a big smile on your face. Do not be affraid to ask questions no question is a dumb question as it is important to you !!
