Maintaining, installing and repairing/upgrading telecomunications network across the Yorkshire region. Using a range of equipment, testers and tools to do so.

Really enjoying the programme. Good training classroom based, and a very knowledgeable team who have lots of experience that I can learn the best ways to do the job.
Thoroughly planned, with a clear outline and structure as to the deadlines for learning and what each stage/phase of learning will be.
All the support I could need to be successful
Lots of classroom based learning, monthly catch ups with the skills coach.
The qualification allows me to learn all equipment I am using in the job. The testing tools and the wider knowledge of how the telecoms network fits in.

Get lots of customer service experience. Vodafone always put the customer first.
