My role involves being in Network operations in Vodafone. In my role i learn about different elements of the network and fix real network faults.
Yes i have adopted a lot of new skills whilst being in my role.
I really enjoyed the program as it allowed me to start my career at such a young age.
It was organized well throughout, however the training provider was poor in organization. QA wasn't efficient at letting our cohort know what the next steps in our apprenticeship were.
My Employer provides me with all the support i need.
Little. During the apprenticeship, i had 4 different skills coaches, so at points it was very hard to receive support.
It wasn't too related to my role, but defiantly will help when it comes to understanding the network.
