80/20 split, with the latter being learning, the 80% is focused on on-the-job exposure and software dev tasks that slowly ramp as I learn.
Team work, leadership, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JS
Vodafone really cares about you as an individual and is generally inclusive. The course provider however is a little bit disorganised.
It's decent, you get exposure to everything you need, and much more which can be overwhelming.
Outstanding, I have all the help and support I need, with everyone going out of the way to ensure I'm settling in okay.
Depending on the tutor responses may take a while, but they do the best the can.
The theory is decent, but the brunt of the learning is done on the job.
