Advising clients in all real estate matters relating to licensed premises with a particular focus on valuation, redevelopment potential, and portfolio management. Ordinarily this would mean a variety of office based work, alongside inspections at sites.

The property industry has a strong focus on continual professional development, amplified within the Savills organisation. This includes, those skills such as communication, presenting, and skills and abilities on specific systems and software.

Yes
Savills is an excellent company that is continuing to develop in its goal to be the best, not the biggest real estate (as judged by our clients). This is a goal that everyone at Savills takes to heart to provide the best service, enabling Savills to retain the best people and win the best instructions.
You should definitely have a good understanding of the Savills business. The Savills website is excellent at providing good content that will definitely help at an interview. At its core Savills is looking to retain its core values when hiring, you should be able to demonstrate that you understand what these mean for you and what these mean to your hopefully future employer. Finally, it is also key to remember that you are applying to get the knowledge so you are not expected to be an expert in the field. This brings two points: Firstly, while not being an expert, you should still have a basic understanding of your job role. Secondly, the team are hiring you and not your knowledge, focus on developing your soft skills. Best of luck
