Apprentice duties and light tasks, including servicing and brakes and minor repairs.
To be more organised as we have to balance a few different jobs at one time. And developing the skills required to become a vehicle tech by working with different people and drawing indifferent strengths.
Not sure what I would do without spanners in my life. They make up a part of me that only mechanics can fulfil.
What I learn at work we base around a particular subject we are learning about at college, as it is easier to explain theory based upon practical application.
Heavily supported by mentors more than anyone else.
College has always been by my side from the get go which has helped to reassure me.
the two go hand in hand one wouldn't work without the other, espically since apprentices are hands on types of people. We use work to help us through understanding the theory and principles behinds vehicle running and maintenance.
Probably but I'm not really sure since we have recently been taken over by Enterprise.

Lack of organisation and decision making that constantly changes because no body is quiet sure what they want from us and how to go about things.
They are open and supportive of everyone but not sure of what they are doing
