This role involves installing new cable over and underground to customers home for fibre to the premisis
I have learned a lot of new skills as I did not know what to do before joining the company
I love the job as everyday is a completely differen day
it has been very well organised however at the start was unorganised due to covid however this has got better over time and adapted to home learning
I receive a lot of support from my assessor and company to help me through
my assessor has been fantastic to make sure all my work is completed
This has set me up nicely to become a fully fledged engineer for the compay
