going out to customer sites, fitting equipment, maintaining the network, patching jobs
learnt a wide range of skills and how to use equipment to maintain our network and to keep customers connected
i enjoy getting out and about, meeting different people in the team and how they contribute to keeping customers connected
its organized and flexible meaning i can do work when required and when im required to go out and assist i can do
weekly check ups with FS and monthly chat ups with my line manager
